Community rules

1. Be a good sport. Trash talk is part of a battle, abuse isn't. No harassment, bullying, threats or hate towards anyone.
2. Keep names and photos clean. No sexual, violent, hateful or offensive names, handles, photos or competition names. Offensive words are blocked automatically.
3. Only real reps. Don't cheat the counter or try to fake sets. Leaderboards and battles only count verified reps. Sets that look impossible are checked and can be removed, and cheaters can be hidden from leaderboards and competitions.
4. Report and block. Tap ••• on anyone to report or block them. Reports go straight to us and are reviewed within 24 hours.
5. Zero tolerance. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove accounts that do it, without warning if needed.

Terms of use

Who can use Flex

You need to be at least 13 to use Flex. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Me > Delete account.

Community rules

Flex has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Be respectful; don't post sexual, violent, hateful or offensive names, handles, photos or competition names; don't harass, bully or threaten anyone; don't cheat. Offensive words are filtered automatically.

Reports and moderation

Anyone can report or block another user from their menu (•••). We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, reset names or photos, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

What you share

Your display name, handle, photo, totals, leaderboard results, battle results and the skeleton recordings you choose to send (challenges) or share (ghosts) are visible to other Flex users as described in the app. You keep ownership of them and give us permission to store and show them to run Flex.

Flex Pro

Flex is free to use. Flex Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks extra features such as training plans, ghost races, sending challenges, timed sets, more battle modes, full stats, progress and records, creating competitions, extra app icons and exporting your workouts. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Exercise safely

Flex counts reps from the camera; it isn't medical or professional advice and counts can be wrong. Exercise within your limits, warm up, and stop if something hurts. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition. You exercise at your own risk.

The app

Flex is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Flex means you accept the updated terms.
